Happy Hour

Maple-Rosemary Almonds—-

  • one bag unsalted almonds (about 16 oz.)
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil (I use melted coconut oil)

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients.  Scrape onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake, stirring once, until golden and toasted, about 15 minutes. (For today’s happy hour, the almonds were toasty-roasty at 10 minutes.  (Show up, be attentive, and do not over bake.)
